About Me

Hi, I’m Jennifer, the Registered Counsellor behind Jenny Claire Counselling
I am a Registered Counsellor with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (PRC 0043230), offering online counselling across South Africa for adolescents, individuals, and couples.
I have always been fascinated by psychology, particularly how our thoughts, emotions, and sense of identity shape our well-being. My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop healthier coping strategies.
My approach is client-centred, compassionate, and collaborative, helping people feel seen, heard, and understood as they navigate life’s difficulties.
